Tasty dishes with TOFU • Many people think that they don’t like tofu and that’s a shame because tofu is absolutely delicious and full of proteins. I did the ultimate test and got the ultimate approval when I served my younger brother grilled BBQ tofu and he had several servings. He also fell in love with the rice paper rolls with tofu in breadcrumbs. If tofu isn’t already part of your diet, I do hope that you’d like to try it out.

SUMMER FLOWERS and warm sunrays • The fantastic summer is here, and we’re lucky enough to be able to enjoy it both in our "torp" in Sweden and in our home in Norway. In the torp kitchen, the sun shines through the old, mouth-blown windows, adding a special feel to this room. I enjoy decorating with sunflowers in these sunny spots.
